Try to scam you, showed up without correct supplies to do a roughed in water softner (not like it was a surprise this is what we booked so why he did not have correct stuff?!) and had to run back to office which is 5 minutes away didn't come back for 45 min then was here from 8:30 to 10. We got the bill and was charged for 3 hrs of labor when he was only here for 1.5 hrs called and got the run around they tried to charge us for the 45 minutes he left for?! He could have went to breakfast for all I know?! Then tried to say 30 minutes travel time as well 1st of all the charge says Labor not travel 2nd we live 5 minutes away from office how is there 30 min it only takes 10 min to drive through whole town?! TERRIBLE do your research we were trying to hire local after looking at other people's stories are similar for over charging!!

Just moved into a new home, and discovered a screeching shower and non functional garbage disposal. Our home warranty company contacted Plumbing and Glass Service, and they sent a plumber very quickly (minutes). He was fast, professional, and respectful of our home (wore the booties to keep the floors clean). We have a great new garbage disposal and non-screeching shower. Will definitely contact them in the future for services. Seems like they would be especially good for emergencies given the fast response time. (and they repair broken glass, i.e. broken windows, glass doors). Thanks!

I recently moved into a condo and the hot water heater was malfunctioning. My home warranty company called Plumbing & Glass. They were available that same day. My water heater was diagnosed and replaced within hours. Because of their knowledge and service, I called them again to install my water softener. I was happy with them both times. When a piece of metal was in the pipe causing it to drip, they sent someone out the same day at no charge to me to remedy the situation. I had one person install my water heater and another installed the water softener. They both were knowledgeable and courteous. Their office is very friendly, too. I recommend them and would call them again.
