Horace Mann is not looking out for your best interest when repairing your vehicle. Working at a auto body shop, I have first hand experience with them asking us to cut corners to reduce their payment. Also, the claims department is not helpful. They don't return phone calls and they don't seem to have the knowledge regarding how a vehicle should be properly repaired. Make sure if you have an accident, that YOU pick the repair shop that will fight for you.
