I have shopped at this consignment store for over three years and spent thousands-$$. I had an unfortunate experience with an Invictas watch purchase last year that I kept in my climate controlled home so I could give the watch to my brother once he returned from overseas. The watch band totally disintegrated. I spoke with Vicki and showed her the watch last week...still in the box with closed plastic wrapping as well as my receipt. She told me she could do nothing and that I needed to go to the manufacturer. I have done this now at a cost of 18$ for shipping and 34$ for a new watchband. I still do not know what it will cost me to have the new band put on. What concerned me most was Vicki’s defensiveness and total lack of empathy or even an apology. I have been a good customer and have also referred her store to many others I have come in contact with.

What a fantastic store Born Again Too Consignments is! Extremely great quality furniture and knick knacks! I like shopping at consignment stores and this one is by far the best I've been in yet!
