Terrible

I ordered at 8:01am on 1/28/14 for the Super Bowl party on 2/2/14 (five days later. Their advertisement said orders placed by noon are shipped the same day. I also paid for expedited

(3 day ) freight. The party goods didm"t arrive until late afternoon 2/3/14 the day after the Super Bowl.They didn't ship expedited freight as I directed and for which I paid. The Sales Manager said the best he would do is refund for the returned merchandise and hold a credit for the freight against a future purchase. I had also ordered from Party City. They shipped a day later (1/29/14). Their package also arrived 2/3/14. I returned the unopened packages the same day to both suppliers. On 2/12/14 I received notice of receipt of my package and full refund from Party City. As of 2/21/14 nothing from Windy City . Guess they intend to keep the full amount.
