Tobi was the worst cleaning experience i have ever had! She used tiny little half dried up little lysol wipes to clean my kitchen. she also use the same little wadded up Lysol wipe that she used to clean the toilet on my bathroom counterand my hand soap dispenser. It was absolutely disgusting. She promised to have my house clean from top to bottom in five hours and all she did was clean 8 cabinet doors with little Lysol wipes and my powder room bathroom counter and toilet and that was it. It was a waste of money. My 5 year old cleans more in one hour than she did in 5. She came with only to cleaning products and a small container of Lysol wipes. She then text me trying to set up more cleaning session and wouldn't leave me alone. She is nothing but a liar. Do not waste your money. She is stealing people's money. Playing music and dancing around instead of cleaning. I use her for the day before my party and ended up having to hire a separate cleaning service to come in reclean the things that she contaminated and was able to clean the entire house and half the time she used. Stay away from this cleaning company (if you even call it that)! Worst service ever! after I told her nicely that I was not going to use her service due to the lack of work that was done she proceeded to call names via text. Lesson learned. Dont hire without reading reviews! Dont make the same mistake we did! All lies here!

Having my house cleaned by Tobi was like having my house cleaned by a toddler. She promises "higher standards" but has really low standards for what 'clean' really means. She charges WAY TOO MUCH, for way too little! She is a VERY slow worker, and when you charge hourly, I expect efficiancy and speed. She blames it on her arthritis, which I don't understand why I should have to pay more money because she cant do her job well! I asked her to clean one bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, and payed 100 dollars! It took her four hours for a cleaning that I could do in two, if i had the time! I have called and texted her multiple times with no reply, which simply shows that she does not care about the client, just her wallet. She is snobby and rude, and wastes my money and time! She broke something that was irreplacable to me, and didnt even care to replace it! If your looking for a job done well, DO NOT go to this company!



Another thing- she charges from the moment she walks in the door, then spends long amounts of time talking about herself or her children. I frankly do not care, I did not hire you to tell me about your life, I dont want excuses, I just want a job done well!



She said she would use green products, then walked in the door with not ONE product that was environmentally friendly. My toilet seat still had pee on it, there is still dust above my cabinets and all over, and she did care to wipe my windows, and left streaks and old toothpaste on my bathroom mirror!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY – SHE WON’T EVEN EMPTY YOUR GARBAGE! HER FEES ARE HIGH BUT NOT HER CLEANING STANDARDS!



I am very disappointed with the cleaning service Tobi from Higher Cleaning Standards provided at my house! She promised a lot of things and did not even deliver half of the work. She used the fact that I was not at home and my husband wasn't able to move easily on crutches and charged us $100 for spending 4 hours at our house!



She came to my house to give me an estimate and I made it clear that the most I have paid for cleaning was $75. She wanted $100 and I agreed to that.



After I came home from work I had to clean for more than an hour after Tobi has left. This is what she DID NOT do although she promised she would do for $100:





1. the two bathrooms on the second floor were not cleaned - she did not clean the sinks, the shower cabin or the two tubs.

2. the floors in the two bathrooms were not vacuumed or mopped



3. the furniture on the second floor was not dusted at all!

4. the garbage bins in the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the den were not emptied



5. the floors in the laundry room, the kitchen pantry and the closet next to the laundry room were not mopped



6. there was dirt she spilled on the carpet from my plant in the den that she did not even care to clean





7. the sink in the kitchen was not cleaned - this was the only thing that I asked her to clean in the kitchen





And finally she broke one of my souvenirs and did not tell my husband about it.



I emailed her and left her voice messages but she never replied. All I wanted to know was what exactly she did during the four hours for which she got $100.
