I can't Believe Dr, John Brunetti would have gotten any Bad reviews. Ignore bad reviews. It sounds like a lot of people didn't listen and blame Dr.Brunetti and the receptionist for the insurance cost. Let's be honest you're lucky to get x-rays and teeth cleaned once a year with insurance. As for him being brutal . Yes, A novocaine shot is a large needle, so it doesn't break off. They can put numbing gel beforehand. That's why you ask the Dentist beforehand how bad is the pain going to be? He has IV sedation. I'm 100 pounds have been awake through many there is discomfort, and the tooth isn't going to pop out. There's a lot of pressure and pulling. Don't blame the dentist.


Dr.Brunetti is the kindest gentlest soft-spoken Dentist I have ever been to. He explains things in detail. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional. I got a really bad dentist that butchered my mouth. I have Been missing all but 4 teeth on top for over 2 years now. I have seen over 8 Dentists/oral surgeons. Their remarks were let me study your x-rays. I will get back to you. STUDY? A lot just want to cover up decayed teeth and make money. What I have gone through has mentally affected me. The Dentist I went to looked at me like I had a third eye. I was embarrassed enough. The moment He examined me. Dr. Brunetti had an action plan that was fully explained. I just want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping me, and being so kind. And Pam and Debbie were Awsome.

I went to see Dr. Brunetti based on a referral from my insurance provider. He was the only one in the vicinity (and it was a drive) that was covered. Cathy answered the phone and I was full of questions, she was so helpful and reassuring which made me very confident and educated on the possible scenarios I was facing.Then I met Dr. Brunetti who was so friendly and laid back. He took care of my medical issue quickly and without pain. It is a week later and I can't even tell he did work on my mouth because he did such a good job.Hands down, the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had the best oral surgery experience a patient could ask for. The staff and Dr. Brunetti are super friendly, flexible, convenient and I felt very comfortable in there care. He is very attentive, professional and the dentist you can trust. Also all his employees also did great job. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this office. His staff helped me remain calm and overall it was a very painless experience! If I had to do this all over again Dr. Brunetti would be the only one I would see. I trust his judgment and ability!
