If I could give them negative starts, I would start from that!

First day was on Monday, on 08/06/2018, when one aide came and all she did was mopped the floor, which looked better before mopping than after.

After reporting complains to the company, they send team of aides today, on 08/08/2018 at 7 A.M. to do better job than the aide before. They were four. Used my supplies, although I paid for their supplies. They did not clean kitchen cabinets, did not mop, did not dust, did not clean stove. They brought in vacuum cleaner, which was never turned on. All they did was smudging the areas, where I indicated to be cleaned. The pantry shelves were "cleaned" with dusters, already full with dust. All they wanted to do was get out as soon as possible. The job was "done" in couple minutes.

"Services" were $100 and supplies $25.

Horrible experience!!!

How this type of company can exist at all!

Now you judge if you want to consider them at hour house.
