I’m from out of state and this shop is super great. Have never seen such a great selection of sweaters, winter jackets and coats. Didn’t have a lot of time to look around but plan on going back later in the week.#Good Selection

I brought in some items to sell that were name brand and in excellent condition. The woman that runs the store was very rude and made me wait quite a while before she decided to "accept" them. I had to finally call the store to ask if any of the items sold. They said they would give me $19.48 for the items sold and I could pick up the rest. When I came to pick them up they instructed me to go look for them. Very rude staff and I will never go back!

Just Like New is a fabulous place for resale shopping! I recommend the Vernon store. They have tons of designer purses and clothing. I recently purchased a Coach purse from there at a great price. The comments about the staff are a bit strange, I have always had great customer service from the Vernon store. They are courteous and friendly and helped me look at jewelry no problem. I have worked in consignment before and they are not picky or rude about consignments, they just know what sells and take quality items! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

I have used this store several times in the past and have had so=so results. I once brought in a very expensive picture, I told the woman who worked there it was expensive, she was so in love with the picture she put it aside from the others I had brought in. Well, I believe she bought it and sold it to herself CHEAP as I only got 80 cents for it. When I went to pick up my items that did not sell they could not be found anywhere. After this happening for the 2nd time I never returned. Also I purchased a couple of items that were sold as designer, but were knockoffs. Never again.

Prices are high and staff is not friendly. My 17 year old son picked up a vase to check for a makers name and they snipped " break it you own it sonny". Left immediately and won't return.
