I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else.

I have been a student with my 6yr old daughter for the past year and we both love it! I started when I was pregnant and continued to practice until I was about 7 1/2 months pregnant, then returned after my cesarian. Sensei Rod and his instructors adapted their instruction to my physical limitations which still allowed me to safely learn how to protect myself and get exercise. My daughter learns discipline, focus, manners, in addition to when and how she should protect herself. The instructors have a lot of patience which has really helped increase my daughter's confidence. Excellent school!
