I called this company after a terrible fire in my kitchen, They was out to my home within the hour and explained to me how the entire process would go. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease that they were very knowledgeable with what they was doing. The additional crews soon arrived and got to work. I can't express how wonderful the entire job turned out from cleaning to rebuilding my kitchen that I thought was a total loss. I give this company 2 thumbs up and would recommend them highly!

This team is very dishonest. I was shocked at what they billed my insurance. Over $7,000 in hours not put in and work not done

I'm so angry with my insurance company for sending a person that lacks so much integrity out to my property and in my home. This has been one of the worst displays of honesty i've ever wittnessed in my life. the work will have to be redone. and this time i'll pay out of pocket rather then leave it to my insurance company to handle. beware of Servicemaster and it's owner Bobby Rasmussen

Servicemaster has given me a headache and a great story of caution.I had servicemaster come do some carpet cleaning. His hoses tore some trim off the wall, some floorboards were torn off as well and some damaged paint on the corners. He discounted the price of his service. I went ahead and paid cash and not thinking I would need my copy of the invoice i threw it away. A few weeks later I got a call from his "billing/wife" she was charging for the service no discount. I explained what happened to her - (heres where it gets weird) she accused me of trying to offer her husband some other type of service in exchange for his, accused me of making advances at her husband all this while laughing like it was a hysterical joke to her. I kept wondering if this was some weird joke being played on me. I hung up only to have her call me 4 more times in the following weeks with nasty things being said. And today in the mail I got a bill from them way more then I would of paid. Interest for non-payment over 60 days.any one know what I should do?

We hired Servicemaster to come do some restoration work after some water damage. I guess he thought everyone had left but I had not, thank goodness since I'm sure items would be missing- I found him snooping around my shop. I asked him to load up and leave ASAP
