2016 ZERO STARS. Bought front axle assy from SavOn Vernal They hadn't opened the case 2 check for H2o It was filled & unusable. I had to rebuild & resurface the whole assy. which cost xtra 7 hrs.

After my cust. drove the truck awhile, the new tires started shredding! Turns out SavOn sent a 4.55 instead of the 4.10 I ordered (SavOn stated on the invoice and on the tag attached to the assembly that it was a 4.10). Now they won't stand behind this sale. They offered to sell me the rear axle assy (from the same truck-which suddenly now they know is a 4.55 ) It should be free of cost to me & freight free because these were their sloppy mistakes (1.- sending wrong part 2.-not checking if it was usable.) Their 1ST reason for not replacing it was it had been too long (35 days) Then they tried to claim that they only sold the "case" even though the invoice (for $950 plus shipping) clearly states it to be a 4.10 ASSEMBLY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SIMPLY DISHONEST.
