I don't think I've ever been as annoyed or baffled at the obstinate attitude of the girl I spoke with about my 2 (!!) day late bill! there is a late charge (percentage of what the bill is) ! ...., even worse was HER ATTITUDE. Explaining to her that my bank has 3 ways of sending a bill,assuring that it will arrive on time. I went in to the office because I got a SHUT OFF notice on the 2nd day after the due date!!! Kidding me? !!
She was an idiot! The bank gave me a debit trace # and confirmation of the amount being RECEIVED BY maeser water on the date that I entered. As I endeavored to explain it to her she must have cut me off so many times that I finally gave up and told that I was fed up! no recourse ??
So instead of them sending out another bill, for the next month , they had me subtract the amount I paid for the previous month's bill, ON THAT bill .. and then told me to pay that amount on the due date of the next month...
