This place is a JOKE!! They are slow and REDICULOUS. We canceled our policy clear back in October 2011, they didn't actually cancel it until December then charging me 400.00 dollars. Then sent my daughter to collections over 48.00$ that we never even recieved a bill for. I tried calling them for a week to talk to them about all of this. I talked to Craig one day on a Monday they were supposed to call me back on a Tuesday never heard from them so my daughter called on Thursday told Karen we need this fixed and fixed ASAP she said she was on top of it and would call us right back never recieved the call. This place does NOT CARE about their customers, they are not helpful, and they do not pay any attention. I will NEVER NEVER EVER recommend anyone to them and I will not EVER in a million years return to this insurance. I am not happy with this place by any means. The only reason I am even giving them one star is because it won't let me leave it black other wise I wouldn't give it a star at all.
