Rented a car at the Vernal airport for a one way trip into Colorado. The car was perfect for our needs, clean and well maintained. I would definitely rent from this agent again without hesitation.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!! The manager Cliff, charged my debit card twice by mistake and then it took over a week for the charges to be resolved thru my bank!!! I tried to call him several times and left message after message on his phone and he never call me back.



I called the enterprise customer service phone number and it was "busy". I another customer service number i found on the enterprise website and I got an answering machine that told me to call back during business hours. Then I tried to use the websites "chat with customer service" application and it said it wasn't available.



Then I called the enterprise in Salt Lake City which was open and they told me they couldn't help me and I would need to contact Cliff. Spare your and your bank account don't rent from this horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Enterprise in Vernal that I have to tell it to as many people as I can. The service was exceptional. The car was clean, brand new, and fun to drive! The branch manager there - Brian - is such a great guy. Very honest, personable, and efficient. He really went the extra mile to help me out. Their prices are so much better than anyone else's. Their hours so convenient... that poor guy must LIVE there at the office! I can't think of a better way to thank them than to tell everyone I know, so that is what I'm doing. I hope they have great success in Vernal.
