Dinosaur Brew Haus was established in 2003 as an amenity to Dinosaur River Expeditions which is located in the same building. The original concept was a brew pub using a contract brewer. The management choose Utah Brewers Coop which consists of Wasatch and Squatters beers. The motif is meant to be funky and offer a flair for whitewater rafting and outdoor adventure. The menu items feature 1/2 pound burgers and home cut fries and an abundance of cold beer.
