Horrible, unethical. I hired him to do some work. He said he charged $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum plus parts. He came out and assessed the problem after 45 minutes. He then said he would only complete the work if I promised to pay him for 4 hours of work plus parts. The store is 5 minutes away and the job was to take about another 30 minutes of work. I told him he had only been there for 45 minutes and so let's just stick to the original agreement of $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum plus parts. He stated he didn't work like that. After going back and forth, he said "I will just lien your f****** house". Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this person. Absolutely unethical.
