This place has nothing to do with Texas Roadhouse chain. They do have the biggest selection of food in Vermillion and all of it tastes good. They have a full bar with margaritas and daquiris. They have a kids menu and soft serve ice cream. My servers are always nice there and everyone in my family has a favorite meal that keeps us coming back. They also remodeled the bathrooms and dining room floor awhile ago, it really looks nice. I highly reccomend The Roadhouse if your in Vermillion and I also would reccomend Chae's or Silk Road if u like chinese food.

This restaurant has nothing to do with Texas Roadhouse chain. It is however one of the best places to eat at in Vermillion. Chae's is my favorite, Roadhouse number 2. They have a huge menu, good eats to try: smoked ribs, cheeseburgers & prime rib.

I've eaten at Roadhouse several times now and have always been happy with the food, and even happier with the staff. I like the variety that they offer and the place has a nice atmosphere. I've taken my in-laws there, and would do so again; I've been there with a group of people and had a great time. [I was tempted to give 5 stars just because I don't feel that one of the reviewers, AJ49, was fair. If you look at that reviewer's history, you'll notice 2 similarly poor (1-star) reviews and then one "exceptional" (and ONLY) review for a place that clearly looks planted (all 3 reviews on the same day, 09/06/2009). It looks like a blurb out of a pamphlet--especially with the use of the word "team."



In case that person edits their review again (did so last on 6/19/2012), in order to try and make it seem more natural, I've saved all 3 reviews as they are today.]

FILTHY DIRTY condiments on the tables... Windows and tables dirty. Can only imagine the kitchen....
