Few days ago my friend went to fix his car door handle. They asked $125, later my friend checked it in online and found its cost only $10-$20. Today, I went with a flat tire. They fixed it with hankook P224 225/60/16 and charged me $111. Later I checked couple of websites and found actual price is $50-$65. Never going back to Bob Sinclair.

Put simply I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else in Vermilion, unless Bob told me that the work needed was outside his expertise (e.g. such as a windshield or body work both of which Bob has referenced multiple options). The quality of the work is high but the prices are low in comparison to other garages. Finally, the customer service is friendly. Whether you are a life-long Vermilion resident, a temporary resident (college student), or just passing through town when you have a car in need Bob and his staff are there indeed.

I would never take my car back there. I generally don't mind paying a pretty penny on my car because it is umportant to keep it in good shape to me. I'm a college student from out of town and needed a simple oil change. Where I am from and generally many places an oil change doesn't run much more than $40. Where I get my oil usually changed it is $35. This garage charged me $70!!! Not to mention they also know how to "cushion the bill." I can add air in my own tires for $15.99. No need for that unnecessary charge. Highly dissatisfied! Never going back and definitely don't recommend you do either!

I had a flat tire, and another place told me it could not be fixed and tried to sell me a new, very expensive tire. Bob's Sinclair fixed the tire for me quickly and very inexpensively.

Friendly, straight forward, great service, reasonable prices, and honest. Yes, I said HONEST. If your car does not need a part or replacement, they advise you not to do it. If it needs, they order it at the best price around and do the service when they get the part in. It is the type of service that if you want something well done, be patient, let it be done RIGHT. You need an appointment for the service. Rush here is the enemy of good and well done service. They won't rush anything.
