Provided by YP.comWife ordered sun glass lenses, which were scratched, but the lenses were guaranteed for a year. She kept her frames & lenses, and Prairie ordered new lenses. The lenses arrived about 2 weeks later, and when Prairie went to install the lenses, they said the lenses would not fit, and while trying to make them fit, they scratched the frames and stripped a screw, which they blamed on the manufacturer. So another frame was ordered which took 2-1/2 weeks. Upon arriving to pick up her glasses, (we live 50 miles away) the lenses did not fit the frame, and she was told they would have to be ground to fit the frame. So, my wife was required to wait until 3pm to pick them up. After picking them up & heading home, she discovered the nose pads were very rough & digging into her nose. So once again she turns around and heads back for the pads to be changed. At this point, all she was interested in was a full refund, because it was costing her more in fuel than the glasses were worth. Prairie Eye Clinic's office manager refused to issue a refund, because one of the doctors said the could grind the lenses. I suppose it was too much work & cost for them to simply redo the entire order and get it all correct the 1st time. I immediately cancelled my upcoming appointment, and told them to cancel me as a patient. We had been with them for 10 years.
