Fantastic BBQ. Heck's catered the USD Student Veterans' annual community dinner November 2017, and I am so glad I attended. Heck's served up some of the best pulled pork that I have ever had... and I lived in Memphis TN for over 15-years. This pulled pork was cooked to perfection and masterfully seasoned. Heck's is a family business, and they made me fell as if I was part of the family! Food and Family make all the difference in the world. If you or your family are looking for great caterer, you just found the best!

We recently had Heck's cater for our USD Veteran's Club Annual Community Dinner. The food was absolutely amazing! Arguably the best BBQ I have ever had. Not only was the meat and BBQ sauce top notch, the beans and coleslaw were also fantastic. We also appreciated them taking the time to tell us about the background of the company. They were very friendly, approachable, and professional. Heck's will be the first caterer we call when we plan future events.

I was at the same wedding as Marla and thought the food was great the service was professional and the presentation of the family business was very appropriate.

I recently attended a wedding where it was catered by Heck's BBQ and was mortified. Never in my life has I seen nor heard of a caterer taking the microphone at a wedding venue, prior to serving the meal, to toot his own horn about how fantastic his food was.....never. Then during the meal he approached each table and asked how good his food was. I wish he would have paid attention to the body language as the guests were whispering behind his back. And, then the food was not that great. The wedding day is all about the bride and groom. The meal is a component, but should be in the background.
