Horrible experience. Went in for a trim and got about a foot chopped off. Went in for layers and literally just got stripes on the back of my head. Not only did all of this go wrong, when I got home devastated, the front was about an inch off too. All my beautiful hair was chopped off, she didn't listen to me one bit and it is a very unsanitary place. The scissors don't get washed and my lady cut herself and didn't wash the blood off the scissor before using them on my hair again. Horrible place!!
