I paid extra for crizal and ultra-light and progressive lenses. My insurance paid for the rest. I was not happy with the progressive lenses and told them I want to cancel the extras, refund my money and just make the regular prescription glasses. Unfortunately, they said, they cannot reimburse me because it's a no refund transaction. Well, it's a take it or leave it deal! What can I say. From now on, my whole family will get our prescription glasses somewhere else...
