Terrible experience all the way around. One of the choices through our insurance...boy did we pick the wrong company. They were unprofessional and on top of that they scratched up the hood of the car. When we complained about that they were very rude. They have TERRIBLE customer service. They sent out a glass installer to inspect the damage and he barely looked at it and said they weren't responsible. Then the manager left a rude voicemail on our phone. We contacted the coporate office twice and they promised to follow up. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!! DO NOT USE THEM!
