i contacted subway over a week ago to fix a gift card problem, good thing i didn't hold my breath.....i have the owners name it is Mr. Sudwal, i sent my daughter in for her favorite sandwich a 5 dollar sub the card she had equaled over 6.50 on it and they scan it and didn't give her the sandwich so she didn't her lunch or the money turned back to her card ! i went in yesterday to inquire about the problem being fixed in any way possible. the staff refueses to speak english or fix customer problems i was with a freind and he was told well since you paid you can leave now, the second thing i noticed was that someone else i knew said the soup was way to hot and i asked about that being adjusted and i was told it was fine. so they don't care about customers or the service. the gift card that i want the $6.50 put back on is 6277203493768876 / 00450435. I guess Mr. Sudwal doesn't care about us either since he hires bad customer service people.my email address is annebrabant@rocketmail.com
