Although I have used Pink Dot in the past with small problems, our recent experience with the Venice branch was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Apparently there is new management and little to no concern about professionalism, hiring standards, or simple costumer courtesy. The person taking our order was hard to understand, incredibly rude, talking to a friend at the same time and at one point, actually said "Are you stupid that you think I didn't hear you?'' After 10 minutes of trying to put in an expensive order for 6 hungry people, we said "WHY BOTHER!!" Pizza Hut delivers too and with much less agony!
