I have rented from Alamo my last two trips from California to Ohio picking up the car at the Dayton, Ohio airport. They are a pleasure to deal with. The staff is fast, friendly and efficient. No long lines here. I have had such bad experiences with Hertz and some of their lower budget companies that I was very frustrated thinking about having to rent a car. Alamo is great. No high pressure. They act happy to be of service to their customers. When I returned the car the agent approached me and called me by name! Then she asked how my trip was and if everything went ok with the SUV. Amazing! I will continue to rent from Alamo. Also, their cars are clean inside and out.
