excellent water ,very polite and good service

I love the water. The delivery truck comes clear out here to Brush Prairie to bring my few bottles a month Water and Air Works is a very reasonable company to purchase from . I have been a customer since May 2006 and always have been happy with the service . The deliverypeople and the people answering the phones are very polite and helpful. Bad Client Relations

Spoke with a woman on the phone and she actually said to 'go somewhere else' because our needs weren't enough to fit their policy. You'd think that a business might want their representatives to be a little flexible, or at least discuss if we were willing to pay a little extra for the delivery--which we would have been. Her response is enough to warn me away from the company and make me glad that I didn't do business with them; it's unfortunate that they talk to potential clients that way.
