I have been going to this shop for over 3 years and never complained. The employees are friendly and get the job done. Today, i came there with 4 brand new tires, and wheels with not a SINGLE blemish on them. After the install, i noticed my $1700.00 (4 rims alone) were not "new anymore". The chrome finish on the lip of the rims are now damaged from the machine. Dings on the outter lip, dent/scratch that looks like a curb rash, the inner lip is completely peeled and chipped off from the machine, even the inside back of the wheels (which i don't really care about) are damaged. I politely came up to the owner, Juan, i believe is his name and told him "hey, you guys damaged my wheels", his reply as he is walking away from me was "Those were already there". I kept bothering him as he's walking away from me. I asked him to pay for the damages, like a normal shop would do if they damaged a customers wheels. I told him I've been going here for over three years and never complained (he knows that) and i refer all my friends and family to come here and this is all he said "no, there's nothing i can do, you don't have to come back"...



My advice?

Pay a little extra, and drive 5 minutes to America's tire company. They would actually own up to their damages and give you a real warranty.

Bought 2 tires on 9-9-14 and one blew on 10-7-14. I am grateful my grandchildren were not in the car when the front tire blew and left me stranded. I have purchased tires from them before and this time I believe they completely took advantage of me and sold me a "crappy" tire. Will NOT be going back!

We had a terrible experience with this awful excuse of a business. We Purchased 2 tires back in December and both of them have exploded leaving us on the side of the road. I do not expect a used tire to last forever but less then 2 months is unacceptable. I do not know what happened exactly but the tread of the tired became detached on highway 14. The first time it happened in January they replaced it for free when I took the tire in an made a big deal out of it but they guy acted like he was doing me a huge favor for replacing the exploded tired 15 days after the 30 day warranty had expired. It happened again tonight and I figure its not even worth my time to take it back to them just to get it replaced with another faulty tire. Do not buy from these guys, if you need tires go to Tire Market in hazel, it's a little more expensive but at least you wont endanger yourself or your family with tires that just fall apart.
