i have had to use Dr. Kreger two times, and both times he numbed it up very well, he knows where those nerves are for sure, and removed the tooth in a short amount of time and made sure it was clean before closing it up. Never had any experience of left over tooth particles erupting later. I give him an his friendly staff an A+
