Excellent customer service! Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable technician. Fast, on-time service over a holiday weekend during a heat wave! I'd definitely recommend!! This time it was just the capacitor - THANKFULLY - and we were back in business, but I'll be back when it's time for a new system as well. Which is apparently soon-ish.

Brandon was great.. gave me an estimate and did a great job! Office sent reminders.

Always Polite always Answer all our questions. my husband is disabled. And They always make sure Our air condition is in working order So as not to have any added health issues. They always come as soon as they can and its always the same day.

Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Furnace was not working, did a great job and I have heat now. I will use this company again and will have them do my annual maintenance on my furnace.

Whether it's routine maintenance, replacing an evaporation cooler, or servicing our heat pump, I'm confident in their abilities, knowledge, and fair pricing without question. I live in Woodland Wa, so it's nice that they service SW Washington and come this far. Kudos to techs Jacob, Brandon, and receptionist Jen. Always friendly and dependable. Very nice people. Upfront and honest, no hidden or surprise cost. They took pictures of what the problem was and a explained it to me.

They then had to call me and let me know there was a manufacturer problem with shipping.

They offered to bring over space heaters to keep us warm. They are a great company with very nice, knowledgeable people working there.

I will be using them from now on for all my heating/cooling issues.

Derrick knows his stuff. We would get a few minutes of cold air, followed by warm air. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an overheating fan in the outside unit, due to an oil leak. The fan would stop, which allowed the compressor to overheat and shut down. This stopped the cooling, even though the air was still circulating. He says the new fan will get a few more years out of our 25 year old system, so we're happy summer campers!

We had been having AC issues for several years; however, when Jacob came out earlier in June he was able to diagnose the issue correctly which had been misdiagnosed several times in the past. He scheduled the repair and installation of a new part and Derrick spent 5 hours in the blistering heat of the hottest day in our county's history fixing and installing. He was great...can't get any better than him.
