I hired secure remote support to recover some lost files. Apparently, I had accidentally gotten a virus on my computer that had corrupted my files and caused me to lose my thesis paper that I had been working on for 6 months! Every time I tried to open it, it would pop up a word document with a bunch of random letters and symbols I'd never seen before. They had informed me that it was a virus that deletes all your information and is VERY difficult to get repaired properly.



Within 5 hours Secure remote was able to restore my computer back to working functionality, and within a day I had my documents back. My main concern was getting my thesis and a few other papers restore to functionality. The pictures were important too, and they fixed almost every single one of those.



I would highly recommend these guys to solve whatever ails your computer. They did it right, and way cheaper than the other guys I was considering. I love how down to earth and personable these guys are as I expected to have a nerdy talking down to me about what I did or did not do. I had had a previous experience with other an unmentioned nationwide repair company that was condescending and blatantly rude regarding my experience.



I highly recommend Secure Remote Support. I have their phone number saved, specifically my direct contact within the company. Easy to talk to, affordable, couldn’t ask for more! Thanks again guys.

I hired Secure Remote Support based on the suggestion of another customer of theirs. I've gone through a couple different services and have gotten screwed over, so I was really hoping that didn't happen again.



I came across their site when looking for some reputable online computer companies that could log into my pc and repair it as quickly as possible. I didn't realize quite how bad the viruses were on my machine, but the technician, Chris, that I reached when calling their toll-free number, helped me out. He assured me they could fix it within 6 hours or so. We connected the computer and they called me the next morning with the viruses gone. He informed me I had a conduit virus that had introduced some other little nasty's into the computer.



They upgraded me to their lifetime protection also. Chris said that they couldn't warranty their work if I decided to keep Norton on the machine. I opted to pay the extra money to get their lifetime protection software. So all in all, it was a fairly expensive repair, but:



My computer is much faster

No more freezing

Browser goes to the website I search

Actually starts up quickly

No more slow programs



I also have guaranteed virus protection, so if this happens again, its will get repaired. I think in the long run this service will pay for itself. Norton was charging me $70 per year to renew their software and I still got viruses.



I've finally found someone that I can trust, and am extremely please with Chris and the other tech that worked on my computer. I will be referring them to my family, friends and clients.

Secure remote supp came highly recommended from a family friend. I took their advice and contacted their support department. Im glad that I did. While they seem like a relatively large company, they are actually two separate offices with about 3 techs in each one. I was able to feel like their only customer and I received one on one support and help until my problem was resolved. It did take two days, but thats because I had to replace the hard drive. They stuck with me throughout the process and got it up and running quickly. They were prompt and followed through with everything they said they would. Highly recommended.

What a great experience. I thought I lost all the data on my work computer, clients, contacts, everything due to various nasty viruses infecting it. So when I called Secure Remote Support and the technician took care of me right away, right there I was very impressed. Not only is the remote technology just downright convenient, the technician was friendly and he really seemed to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. Will definitely use again.
