I wish I could give NO stars. After 2.5 hours of waiting, them leaving my lights on and killing my battery, I've got a load of electrical problems now due to the dead battery. The guys didn't even know where the oil filter was. SUPER FRUSTRATING. No way in hell I am going there again. Do yourself a favor and go to Havoline Xpress in Salmon Creek. They're quick, professional, and KNOW their cars.

I have taken our cars to Sears for oil changes, tires, etc. for many years, mainly based on convenience and the trusted Sears name. They also include an inspection with the oil change, which I initially thought was a bonus. We started feeling suspicious about potential upselling based on the recommended repairs coming from the oil change inspections.We recently received a free brake inspection with our oil change. They said our brakes were illegal and dangerous, and would require over $1000.00 in repairs. We thought that was odd because we recently had the vehicle inspected elsewhere prior to purchasing it. The brakes received a clean report at the initial pre-purchase inspection. We proceeded to get a second opinion from Gaynor's Automotive. We hoped we could trust them due to their "Best in Clark County" awards. Sure enough, they said everything looked great. Needless to say, we now feel that Sears may have been taking advantage of us on several previous occasions considering the fact that we allowed them to do many of those recommended repairs.They will not get another penny from us.
