The owners of this shop turned me away because I purchased my bike at Costco. Rude...condescending...incoherent. Kept referring to me as "people like you". This shop doesn't deserve any business. I understand people having principles, but it should never escalate into a shouting match in the parking lot. There are other bike shops in town. Avoid this one. These people are full-on whackos!

Stopped there a couple of years ago when the new owner was just getting started, was impressed enough to go back when ready to by new. Went by a few days ago and the lady (wife of owner) was just closing up and said she had to go for an emergency and they opened at 10:00 a.m. Went back two days ago to talk about doing some work on my wifes bike and get a price on having a bike built. Things seemed alright and I said I would be back on Friday to get a final price. Arived at 10:00, waited for twenty minutes and left. Went to do some other business. Came back about 1:00 and they were just locking the doors. Asked if they were just going to lunch and the owner said he had business and did not know if he might be back. So I said I guess you are closed for the day. He said when you have your own business. Told him that was a heck of a way to run a business and he said if I don't like it don't come back. Don't need to do business with that kind of attitude. I will find a shop that that wants my wants to build a bike for me, not this one.
