I had a friend try to bleach my hair and she totally messed it up. I decided to come to sally's to get something to fix it until my next hair appointment and was surprised at how nice and helpful the employees were. The manager Briana was amazing. She recommended the products i needed and even helped explain how I could do everything at home. It was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.
