Best Bar In Town!

My friends and I come to the Quarter Deck often and always have a great time. The Staff is friendly and always accommodating. Prices are great and they have awesome drink specials.

I love the QD the bartenders and owner and bouncers are awsome great prices lots of selection very friendly to i would recomend this bar to everyone

if you like karoke, then this is the place. if you like ur music on-key, then you should probably not hang out in a karoke bar to begin with. if you get cut off at this bar, it's probably cuz ur too drunk to talk. the staff are awesome, including the bouncers and owner. i've lived in vancouver off and on for 5 going on 6 years and this is the ONLY bar i go to. it's like my own personal "cheers" they know me and i consider most everyone there family. if some drunk idiot gives you a hard time, u know they'll take care of you. it's where i take all my blind dates. and to respond to the idiot who said only ugly chicks hang out there.......lemme guess. even the really drunk chick you tried to hit-on said no. probably cuz ur a jackass.

Good neighborhood bar! I go there to relax and hang with good friends during happy hour! The staff is very proficient and friendly...even if the bartender is working alone. Diverse group of people and easy to meet! Bar fights don't have a chance to get out of hand thanks to staff and patrons.

The food choices are limited, but I don't go there to eat. The longer I stay, the funner it gets...if I remember right!

But the karaoke leaves alot to be desired. The system is not up to par, songs are limited and not easily attainable, too much time spent in between singers which makes the crowd restless. It'd be nice to have wireless mics and more song selections...and a KJ who is willing and capable of running things smoothly. Hopefully experience and upgrades will help their karaoke be more competitive.

And don't be surprised if a random stranger wants to buy you a drink...its the norm there.
