Our review on Google was delited . We will write it again.

We rented a townhome in Vancouver, WA. from Premier from June 2006 through April 2012. We were super clean tenants. We did not wear shoes in the house, we had no kids at home, we didn't smoke, and we had no pets. Once a year Premier inspected their rentals. They would always comment that our townhome was spotless. As we did live there for a long time, we did need to have some maintenance done. All of the other comments about Premier ignoring, or delaying maintenance requests are true. We experienced it as well. We gave them written notice that if they didn't fix the problems that the damage to their townhome was not going to be our responsibility. Shortly after that, they took our maintenance request seriously and fixed the problem. The only normal person who works at Premier is Natalie (if she is still there.) We strongly agree with all other negative reviews of other employees who work there. When we moved out, we went out of our way to leave our place spotless. The walls didn't need to be repainted, there were no holes in the walls, there was no mold on the deck, the windows were clean, and the carpet was clean. As we were moving out of state, we used their carpet cleaning company, and that was a mistake. They charged us $275.00 for carpet cleaning out of our deposit. The original quote they gave us was $140.00 to $175.00. Upon contacting Premier regarding this, they stated that our carpet had urine stains on it from a small pet. First, I cannot even have pets as I am deathly allergic to them. We were quite in shock that they would insist that we had a pet. Secondly, our carpet was in the same condition as when we when we moved in. They stated that we had an extra fee for cleaning an extra dirty walk path. What they were telling us was ridiculous, absurd, and a lie. They simply were attempting to keep as much of our deposit as possible. We did fight with them and got our $75.00 back for our (non-existing) pet. Our deposit was not given back to us within 30 days as stated by Washington law. We had to make numerous phone calls to Premier. Often we were told to call back as Linda was not there. We took care of this townhome like it was our own. Twice we considered buying it, but we're glad we didn't. Watch out for Premier. Read your rental agreement very carefully, especially regarding moving out notice. It is 20 days, but only if it is given by the 10th day of the month you are in. Otherwise, you are responsible for the next month's rent. Our rent was increased three times over the time that we lived there. We were glad to be done with Premier (we thought we were done...).

One day (about 6 months later after we moved out) we decided to look on Premier's web site how much they charge for rent... We were in shock when in one rental add we saw the pictures of our furniture in our Vancouver townhome in their advertisement for a different unit. They took those pictures (without our permission or knowledge) when they were doing their yearly inspections and posted it on the internet without our permission. Unbelievable! These people have zero conscious. We called them and yelled at them, they removed those photos quick. Take a pictures of you place (if you currently renting from them) before you move out and be prepared to fight. BE AWARE!



We filed the complain against PPM to BBB. They removed the photos of our furniture and the car after that. A month later they are doing it again. .

When you are moving out of their unit insist on them to be present at the final inspection.

Worst management in Vancouver Washington

They are the worst management group in Vancouver Washington they are not professional and treat their tenants horribly they never follow through with appointment times and never call you back. They refuse the owners wishes and do not work with either owner or tenant I will never recommend them to anyone the owner herself is a total witch and she thinks she's queen of $&!?
