Provided by YP.comI shipped an item with Mill Plain Shipping, paid them to package it, and it was damaged during shipping. I filed a claim with FedEx, but it was denied because I was not the shipper. Mill Plain Shipping was the shipper so they had to file the claim. FedEx picked up the damaged item to inspect it, and while doing so did more damage to it. After two and a half months I finally was forced to file a small claims lawsuit because Mill Plain Shipping wasn't handling it, and wasn't communicating with me. As soon as I had them served I received a letter in the mail with a check for part of the damage, but not all of it. The letter included a threat to counter sue me if I did not drop the suite. Needless to say I am not dropping the lawsuit.
This business is under a new owner as of January 2013. We hope you'll come visit again, see the remodel, lower prices and great customer service.
