When my orignal mailing was sent by Priority Mail from the Post Office failed to arrived when scheduled; I sent a replacement from Mail Too using Fed Ex. The Fed Ex replacement articile sent from Mail Too arrived when promised. The Priority Mail sent from the Post Office finally did arrive 3 weeks after the promised delivery date.
