Lifeline Connections staff and helped me when I needed it the most. Their caring staff gave me the support I needed to get clean and sober and reunify with my family. All of the activities and counseling that I did inside Lifeline helped me get my life back on track again. I have been sober for over four years now.Thanks Lifeline

Lifeline is a joke. I don’t write many reviews on anything I search but this place is so bad and disappointing I just have to. #1. Over priced for the care you receive.#2. Only one account person for the whole place that is so overwhelmed she cant even return a call regarding your account.#3. The turnover for councilors are high.#4. Don’t even thank about trying to get your client record because they don’t even know were they are.#5. Bad communication#6. Not enough workers to fulfill clients needs.#7. The list could go on.My circumstances are different then some but I can tell you that my experience with this place is a headache. If at all possible I would recommend looking to other facilities before you choose Letdown (Lifeline). I do thank the state courts refer people here but if I were in charge id look somewhere ells.

I stayed here for 3 or 4 days to detox. Facility: okay. They catered to my vegetarianism which was nice.The common room in detox was an open room with no windows which was uncomfortable; but, we did go outside every few hrs for smoke breaks so the fresh air was a nice change but the only window was in an outside door. Patient rooms: somewhat dirty & dusty. Bathrooms: not as clean as I'd of liked. ****There was also no doctor there during the weekend which is alarming and unsettling to think back on. He came on Monday (I got there Saturday).**** BIG NEGATIVESome nurses were nice but most were very unfriendly and short with us patients (some deserved it but most didn't). Over all, there were some negatives, but I don't know how much to weigh that against the fact that I completely detoxed there, so I will always be thankful for that. However, while trying to get a bed there, I had to call every hour for 24 hrs. But the whole no Dr. on weekend is sketchy in my book.

i know someone who went there and they are doing extremely well and i am very thankful for their help and support....and they are strict and that is what my dad needs...thank you soooo much!!!!!!

THAT PLACE IS A JOKE YOU GET NO COUNSLING, ITS LIKE EVERY MAN FOR HIM SELF. ITS REALLY LIKE BEING IN JR. HIGH . DO NOT RECOMEND.

this company has been known to mis-label urine drug tests causing peoples tests to be marked negative when they are not.
