horrible horrible experience with one of the employees here. She wasted over 6 1/2 hours of my time, and cost me money to boot. The six plus hours of wasted time lasted thru six days, to the tune of 5 cancelled meetings (every one of them she flaked on and had an excuse for), she expected me to set time out of my day to wait for her which i did, all for just another excuse from her. Her word is about as honest as her ability to miss meetings and wasting my time. then when she finally did drive to meet me, she even managed to flake on her own gps unit and space off the exit and get lost after i had been waiting for 2 hours. avoid the hassle. if a company like this hires people like this, its enough for me to call the competitors.

Debbie Salmon sold me a house as a dual agent, representing me, the buyer, and the seller, an investor. She told me the septic was inspected, which I found it was not inspected and is still leaking to this day, and that she got a water sample and the water tested fine, which was also a lie. I have e. coli bacteria amonst other bacterias, and arcenic, and all I got was "Im sorry, but I never said those things. I never said the water was tested or the septic." Its her job as an agent to make sure there things get done. I signed the paper work saying they were to be inspected by the seller, she said it was done and she had the paper work, pushes me through buying it, and then denies everything? I found out only because I got my own tests, paid out of my pocket. She endangered my life, advised me in a bad investment of over $46k that I put down (MY CASH), and walks away. She is lazy, a liar, a thief, and has gotten away with murder. I only gave her one star, because I have to check one. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT USE HER AS AN AGENT. SHE WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
