I want to let people know that Jan's is very good. Been there for years and the virus has taken a toll on. DOG GROOMING IS PROBABLY one of the toughest. We love our animals and those that look at both sides realize it is tough.Be kind to the groomers and treat them the way you would want to be treated. They are good people and care.

Was not satisfied with the cut, used clippers all over, shaved our dog's eyes when we told them not to, Nails were jagged and still sharp, when we brought this to the owner's attention, instead offfering us anything, she just argued with me.All I wanted was a refund so I could take my dog elswhere and she just refused.Beware.

I take my "baby" in about every three weeks or so... I feel very comfortable just dropping her off and going shopping or something until she is finished... I call it the "Doggy Spa" because she gets treated with the up most respect at Jan's. They are a mother and daughter team. Jan and Megan! They absolutely love dogs, as they each have several themselves! Jan is very talented in the craft area, so when you pick up your "baby" they always have the cutest little accessories attached... Like a little bow to match whatever holiday is coming up or something personal and adorable that you have requested... How many shops do you know that will personally paint your puppies toenails? THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT!
