Very disappointed so far. We had water damage to a bathroom and room damage due to poor venting. Took many calls to the point of me calling usaa and the owner to complain about not returning phone calls. Still took weeks for first bid to come in. Second bid was quick, and when it came in I specially asked if that included everything needed to restore the venting and roof damage and he said yes, not only did he say yes he also said he could bring the price down without a problem. So 2 days later he calls with the supposed reduced quote and it s 50% higher than the original! He says he messed up and forgot to add in some things on the original quote. At this point I called the owner and told him, and he just argued with me about how people make mistakes and how my insurance company won t care because they understand that. Very unethical and poor customer service. That is fine with me I will be reporting this to USAA and the BBB with hopes that will get his attention.

we had a ice block in Jan 2009, water came in thru the bay window. Hanson was out in 24 hours, cut out the wet drywall and removed wet carpet & pad. Dryed in 3 days then replaced carpet and window. plus drywall very clean cut good people. would use them again and reccommend them.

Hanson came right out to look at the leaky window, upstairs.It was 4:00pm, they brought a total of 4 peolpe all very politealso discovered the water had gone down the wall to the dinning room below. The manager explained what needed to be done, they worked till 8:30pm. set up the equipment dryed everything out then came back and put it all back together. Plus called my ins co. for us and took care of averything. I would highly reccomendthem.

Called Hanson Construction, they came out the next morning and brought 2 workers, plus a manager. I showed them where the water had came thru the garage ceiling. They cut a small hole 2*2 found theshower drain. Dryed it all out, got the ok from my insurance co. to do the work, replace vinyl in the bathroom, plus the drain, also repair the damage to the ceiling in garage. great work , very clean and punctual. would definitely reccomend them

we used them when we had water coming in our front window from anice block during a big snow storm. They came out the day and started immediately. also called in our claim for us. They were great, quiet and polite. it took about 6 days to complete all the work. It looks good and we will reccommend them to anyone who needs a good construction company.

we suffered a big water loss due to the storm (snow), they came outwhen the snow was at least 18" deep and cold. The Project Manager Jeff walked us thru the job and explained how they would get our home back to it's original condition. Well they achieved that and much more, our home looks great and even better. They always were on time and explained each step to me. They are a great company to work with and we will use them in the future.

we had an ice block turned into water leak, we went on line foundhanson construction co. they came out in 2 hours, at 11:00pm,got the water out, set up drying machines, and called our insuranceco. for us. got the approval for the work, also was able to replace the carpet, pad and a few other things. very clean and professional people. highly reccomend them.

we had aleak thru our front bay window, it ruined our carpet and sheetrock below the window and our oak sill. Hanson came out the next morning, called our insurance co. and started drying us out. They also had the carpet replaced, new pad, oak sill and sheetrock.It looks great, they cleaned up each day, and moved all our furniture for us as well. I highly reccommend them.

Hanson came out promptly and walked us thru the job and explained### the scope of the work and approx. time to complete, They did a fantastic job### cleaned up well and put in extra time to complete job before weekend. My wife###and I are very pleased. J>P>
