So I had went in there Monday evening to do my taxes with Michael. He started doing them and asked me questions about my children's "fathers" stating there was more than one. ( the thing is I was a minor and my daughters took my maiden last name) thanks for that though. Then at the end of this my estimated tax was lower than expected so I had stated I was going to get a second opinion and I would be back if it was the same amount. At that time he took my id and social security card and threw them on the ground ( mind you I was holding my 8 month old) so It was not easy for me to bend over and pick them up. He didn't say sorry let me grab them for you it was just complete silence. Later that night I went to Jackson huiwett. Who got me what I had expected back gave me a 50.00 gift card for just walking in and did my taxes for 200.00 less than h and r block. All in all I will never return!!!!
