Samples were brought to my home and I did not have to traipse all over to find a solution. In addition, I could see the samples in my homes' lighting condition. Tony asked a number of questions, to find a product that would fit my needs and that of my pets. I chose a carpet that was easy to cleanup, not the most expensive, and went with a better pad. I am very happy with my choice.

Also the install was in an older Manufactured Home. The Installer, Jose is a true Craftsman. The fit and finish is great, as the molding is almost non existent in areas Plus a prior installer used staples on the tack strips that had caused ripples in the old carpet. Jose removed those tack strips and put down new.

The team is awesome! Joe & Tiffany were fantastic. I still can't believe we were able to pull this off so quickly. We couldn't be happier.

BEWARE!! WARNING!!! Do not go with this company. Save yourself a lot of money and grief. We were SWINDLED!!!. The installation costs we were charged are 2 and 1/2 times the community average!! We were promised skillful, experienced installers, instead we got very inexperienced young men, resulting in major problems. See my complaint on the BBB website. The website is a complete CON job; everything about customer service and installation is a lie. Forget any previous glowing reviews. We know for certain that some of these are family members. Besides, this company has an extremely high turn over rate, and those previous good installers are no longer with the company; 3 of the 4 workers on our job are no longer with the company. The owner does none of the installing himself. Don't learn the hard way as we did.
