As owner I, Cathy Morrison, have enjoyed working with people, first in California from 1971 to 1993 and then here in Vancouver since 2002 until the present time. I very much enjoy seeing the transformation that many homes experience when they have a regular scheduled cleaning service. I enjoy the flexibility that owning my own business allows and value the investment of time, energy and resources that I have made. Because of that I place a great value on my business and therefore, on my clients. Obviously, without them there would be no business. I do everything that I can to make them feel happy and valued. I also believe that a business can be no better than the employees that represent it. Cleaning is hard phisical labor and requires a level of skill, dependability and customer service. I know that you, as a home or business owner, want consistent services performed by the same familiar cleaners each time. That is why I take great care in choosing employees that I feel completely comfortable leaving alone in my own home. We pay them a higher than normal wage and take care of all their taxes, Labor & Industries and Employment Security. We've seen that happy cleaners provide a high level of performance in their work and stay with our business for a longer time. We will provide a list of references including current clients that can be contacted to discuss our services.

Some other advantages we provide are free in-home or office quotes, with never a trip charge. We provide all cleaning supplies & equipment so our clients do not have to provide anything. However, if you, our customer, prefers we will use products that you provide. Our services are tailored to your needs and specifications. We provide a flat per-cleaning rate with no hidden fees so you always know exactly what your cost will be. We are happy to work in homes with children & pets. You may either be present or not when the cleaning is performed, it is entirely up to you. Also you can count on the same cleaners each visit who are familiar with your home and the services you have requested and therefore recieve a consistent service. We are flexible and will do our best to adjust schedules and services when changes are requested ahead of time.
