Once you get past the snotty receptionist, the doctor and her associates are wonderful. I feel like a valued and respected patient. I just wish the receptionist made me feel the same. I know other people who see Dr. Guo and they have had the same experience with the receptionist. Less tolerant patients probably don't even bother making a 1st appointment because of the receptionists attitude. Too bad, as everything else about this office is outstanding.

HORRIBLE customer service. I called to ask a question about their services and the receptionist snapped at me and was extremely rude. They just lost my service. I will never reccommend them to anyone just because of this. Receptionist needs people skills. Badly.
