STAY AWAY!! By far, the worst/least competent agency I have ever dealt with. After agreeing to the quoted amount for car insurance, gave Michele my debit card number for the amount of $266.67. We agreed on the 13th of every month for it to come out automatically. The next day, I was informed of a problem and looked at my account only to find Michele had taken out $1,489. I was waaay overdrawn! Called right away, she was appologetic. She said she just hit the wrong button and they would fix it right away. Four days later, I have been treated exceptionally rude by both Michele and the owner, Brian, and have yet to get the $1200 + refunded that they overcharged me! They don t want to hear whether I have gas money to get to work, food to feed my family, or how my credit could be hurt when my automatic payments bounce! Got an email today stating I should have it by the 22nd!! They also gave me list of other agents as they were unable to meet my expectations ! When I called to find out about

I have been insured with Columbia River Insurance for 5 years. The office staff are by far the friendliest people I've ever met in an insurance office. Michele and Vicki are always there to help me if I ever have a problem and they genuinely care. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone and I already have to my family and friends. They give me a subway gift card for every referral!

I have been with Brian Bell for 14 years and he has been the most phenomenal insurance agent I could ever hope for. He once asked me to switch insurances because my rates were being increased by corporate and he could not stop them from doing so. Needless to say, I switched for one month and went back because his service was worth paying the extra. He will look for every discount he can possibly find you, and he truly has YOUR best interest. Take it from me, he has saved me from quite a few sticky situations. He is friendly and he actually cares about his clients. I have been with him since I was 17 y.o. and I will continue to be until he retires.

Well I'm shopping for insurance and I have to say that this industry is very much 20yrs behind the times. I found this website with no information but since I made it this far I decidied to call and got the rudest person. Brian or Bill is his name... I had to give him my info like 3 times and he still got it messed up. Anyway I found a new Insurance company by just driving down the street and since they were open at lunch I thought I would give them a try. Very nice receptionist and the agent explained everything, not that I will remember any of it later.
