Provided by YPmobileI can't even begin to tell people how completely disappointed I am in the restaurant here. My husband and I came here for a much needed date night. I ordered a burger and he ordered a pasta. The bread on my burger was so old and dry, i literally choked on it trying to swallow the first bite. I thought maybe if i dunked every bite in ketchup first, it would be better. Not even close... It was so nasty. I took the bun off and just ate the meat and toppings. My burger was really horrible. I told the waiter (who was Wonderful) when we were finished that he might want to let the manager know that the bread they were using needed to be replaced because it was stale and very dry, and almost impossible to swallow... We were not looking for a free meal, or any kind of compinsation... We just wanted them to know that the bread was bad so they wouldn't receive more complaints. We were very nice and respectful about it, and even complimented the fries, my husband's food and the service.
The story of how we were treated by management after telling the waitress this, was horrifying!!! Way to long for a yelp review. However... We didn't ask to even speak to this man, and he came out unglued acting like we cursed his grandmother or something. We were so offended and caught off guard, we didn't even know how to respond. If this event had happened before were finished paying for our horrible meal... I would have walked out of there shredding that Bill! The only word that I said to him was "WOW" and we left. I will never never NEVER use that cinatopia again.

Provided by YP.comI went to the Cinetopia in Vancouver mall, the screen was great as were the seats. The food was way overpriced for what we got, and waiters kept having to make me move so they could get by through the first 15 min of the movie, although they said this was not typical, they offered no compensation. and of course that was AFTER they automaticly took out their 15% gratuity, I will NOT be going back there. it was not worth the price or aggrivation for better seats.

Provided by YP.comI agree ~ the place was nice and expected a lot more. We ordered the cheese tray and some wine. For the price we could have flown to France. The food was your ordinary - run of the mill cheddar, swiss and domestic brie. Cheap stuff. I could have bought better for 20 people for the price they asked for and purchased imported as well. The tray was barely enough for one, however it said for 2. The crackers were stale, and I mean STALE. And for $7 per glass of wine, you would think they would fill the glass. NOPE, only 1/2 full. If you are going for the livingroom setting ~ its very nice, very comfortable. DON'T ORDER THE FOOD.
