Horrible experience! Was told tons of different things about what needed done every time I called or went. I told them I did not want Root Canals yet they kept pushing it over and over. They wanted me to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars for root canals when my medical would pay for extractions and I told them I do not want nor can afford them. I could go on and on about the horrible service I had.



I am not one to complain normally but I had to come here and post this and hope no one else goes through what I did. I am in pain still from the dentist Dr. Do being distracted and looking away and hitting the metal mirror tool onto my broken and infected tooth. He also sent me home without antibiotics even though that was the reason I had asked for the appt since I had an active infection going on.



I had to go to the ER right afterwards and they were mortified at the lack of proper care I received. After getting a strong dose of antibiotics that is 2 in one I started to improve within 12 hours. It sucks that they were so bad because there are little or no places that take state medical adult patients in Vancouver area except for Sea Mar Dental. :-/
