I have been taking my dogs to this shop for many years now and they just love going. Not to mention they look and smell wonderful when I pick them up. Great prices too!

I took my chow chow for his summer cut and after I picked him up he would stop licking his groin area. He had knicks and cuts all around this area and ultimately I had to take him to the vet. Best Friends didn't even tell me this occurred. Unacceptable and wholly unprofessional. Also, amazing to me anyone gives a positive review!

I took my 2 miniature schnauzers there a couple of years ago....the inside of both their ears were full of CUTS! I never went back. if I had seen the cuts when I picked them up the owner would have heard a lot from me!!!! I now groom my dogs and never have I even nicked them. I take my time. if they need a break they get one.

I had an appointment for 10am today for a bath and cut for my small dog. After multiple stalling phone calls, I was able to retrieve my dog just before 3pm---5 HOURS!! My dog was upset and sad when she got home after being caged all day. She drank water until she got sick. When I asked about why they had her all day even though she had an appointment, they simply said "we had other animals to do"I have been in Vancouver for 4 years and wish I could find a private groomer who actually cares about the dogs. I willnever take my dog here again. It was upsetting for both of us.Treat the pets as you would like yours to be treated!!

My dog just loves going to the grooming shop! They do such a great job with him. Great price, and he is so happy when he finds out he gets to go to the groomer.
